Besides the fact that Hoole's numbers are good and the coaching staff see him as a starter. How on earth do people think that dropping him for a few weeks will improve his ability to score goals. T
Nicky Carle has said that he played his best football as a Newcastle Jet. He played 45 games and scored seven goals. But I don't recall yourself or anyone else calling for him to be dropped.
Yet this season, Hoole has two from 11 games which if you do the maths is a better strike rate than Carle had when he was playing his best football.
Sure the two misses tonight by Hoole were epic failures but he's doing a hell of a lot right as well which you blokes don't give him credit for.
He's definitely doing better than in past seasons. He's not going anywhere so like him or not he's a part of the starting line up.
