Herald saying they are among several clubs interested, we are too poor
Apostolos Stamatelopoulos has been signed
Fantastic news and I am now so excited that a guy who wasn't good enough for us a couple of years ago has returned to be our saviour this year
FMD
How much we paying for the spoon ??
17 Games 1 assist last club
Kind of typifies where the club is at and the financial support the club is being afforded.
When you look at the quality of the squad being assembled they should have just folded the shit show.
I'm sure the members would return if they were treated like gold 380, but they are treated like shit. The management has continued to listen to facebook. If you base the club on facebook, then you better well hope that facebook turns up. Which they won't
Everyone deserves a second chance , even the memba:tongue:

According to Stanton, we are planning on signing a foreign striker and an experienced CB as two of our final 3 signings for the year.
Does anyone know what formation Stanton liked to use during his time as Sydney youth coach? Cause this team doesn't feel suited for your typical 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 that most teams use now and would be better suited to something like a 4-4-2
Sydney FC's youth team this year have played 4-4-2 most times I have watched their games, Although that has nothing to do with Stanton.
I Don't think we have enough depth in quality in central midfield to play 4-4-2 as it will put alot of pressure on the 2 in the central areas. We do have a few guys that can play as wingers so I'm not ruling out 4-3-3. Dowse and Clayton Taylor are suited to playing as wingers.
Archie (if fit) feeding off a big man could work in a two up top.
Jets are in talks with signing 31 year old Spanish CB Victor Mongil from Indian League side Kerala Blasters
Jimmy Gardiner has dismissed the link.

"I'm told by good authority that the @NewcastleJetsFC haven't spoken to Mongil. They have put an offer to a different European defender and are awaiting a reply."
Apparently Kerala Blasters are interested in signing Trent Buhagair
Honestly would be a great thing - get some money for the bloke and then put it towards someone actually competent
James McGarry looking like going to Aberdeen on a 6 figure transfer fee. That money could have gone to the jets.
