It’s a domino effect though.
They all stay if everyone is being loyal. Being successful also makes you a target for other clubs who are willing to put up a bit more cash. When one or two leave, plus uncertainty re coach, it kind of makes everyone question their position and if they should cash in on success and leave like everyone else.
But my understanding is most of the players that have left, chose to leave before the coach decided to throw the club into limbo. Which leads me to think there is something up in there with the club.Quote:

Maybe. Took those players a long time to decide to chase money. Money mean less as players age IMO. I still think something is up with the coaching staff and the players. Because Edgy surely have the cash with FFA cups they have been in against A-league teams, on top of that sponsorship etc. They'd have to be close to being able to offer what other clubs are offering or more than most i would think.Quote:
