Season starts against Victory on 13th September at Wanderers.
First 3 players announced included EVE returning to the club plus Matildas Rhali Dobson and Amber Neilson.

And we re-signed Tara Andrews plus 3 others, including the youngest GK in W-League history.

Other than that, there has been SFA news. Bit concerning since the season starts in 3 weeks.
Would be concerning, but it's not as if NNSWF give a damn about the side.

The Newcastle Jets Women will tomorrow announce eight players which have been added to the line up ahead of the 2014 Westfield W-League (WWL) season.

At least we have one Jets team to be proud of. It wasn't so much the result it was the way they played.
The Jets were playing the ball out from the back quickly with good movement off the ball giving the player with the ball multiple options.
In the midfield the jets were always pressuring Adelaide and with the ball the passing from the jets was both accurate and purposeful.
In attack the Jets were never going to die wondering. Were it not for some good goalkeeping from Barbieri the Jets could easily have doubled their account.
Finally, The Jets appear to have signed imports that actually make a difference.
Best I have seen them play and strike by Rhali Dobson was great to watch-fiddled around at the back a bit much at times but overall a solid game.I enjoyed their passing game-hope they keep this up.Good job all round.Quote:
