I thought it was a hat with the peak in the shape of a jet - not a jet you wear as a hat. Can you imagine how bloody hot those things would get after about 5 minutes?

It doesn't have to be a Styrofoam plane. That and the others posted are just one of many designs found when googling jet or plane shaped hats.

I think this is the only solution - everyone has to make an actual hat (not graphic) in the design they want, post it here, and the best design gets presented to the club with the prototype for them to make it happen in some asian sweatshop.
