Coaching equipment

I'm the equipment manager for my local side (Whitsunday FC) and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any equipment that goes well in the way to train and improve players?

I am particularly interested in equipment for training goalkeepers for the young bloke. He likes the game but he doesn't handle the running aspect of things too well but he is keen to stand infront of the net and he goes alright for a 9 year old. Any suggestions? Maybe some drills or something to help him? (Other than booting a ball at him all day?)
