Past Division Two Premiers and Grand Finals

I am looking for assistance in completing the premiers and grand final results for division two from 1997 backwards.

Here is what i have collated so far

Underlined seasons indicate i have the final tables but many seasons are missing. Again any of the missing information would be appreciated.
