To the best of my knowledge the National team has still not been able to attract a naming rights sponsor since the Caltex deal ceased.
Too many self interested types have talked up the league over the years for fear of being left behind and out of a job if the overall standard of the game was raised in this country.
Why would any corporate type want to tip in money through corporate partnership , sponsorship or otherwise on a product just simply not worth it and declining rapidly.
Hyundai / Kia are the best selling / leaders in Car Sales in Australia [Toyota in front if you count Toorak Tractors and Commercial type vehicles].
Why would they want their brand tarnished by the A-League.
Holden would be a more suitable sponsor. Reasons;
Shit Company
Lack of innovation
Completely out of date and touch with market leaders
Financial Basket Case
On the brink of bankruptcy
Hate their customers
No chance of ever turning things around.

This is all going to go to shit no doubt about it.
On top of any naming rights sponsorship issues and the reduced revenue that may come with just what will the game be worth in regards to the next lot broadcast deals because sure as shit that value will be down on previous.
