The first grade coach "Majestic Swan" left and never got Swansea into any finals (and he decided to do this mid way through last year so this has nothing to do with club culture this...

I think you'll find the coach decided to leave halfway through last year and had contact with Belswans while still coaching Swansea.

Not really a professional way to go about getting a coaching...
