Having a look at the current Men's season, I wanted to compare the goals scored and goals conceded rates against previous.

The current goals scored per game is currently 1.52. This sits favourably compared to history with only 2017/18 (2.03) and 2021/22 (1.73).

However the goals conceded is at 1.95 per match. This is the 3rd-worst performance in our history with season 2016/17 (1.96) and 2014/15 (2.04) our worst.

We've also lost 16 points from winning positions. This two short of the 18 we lost in 2009/10.

I guess it leads me to believe that not quite so much work is required at the front of the park, but we need to rethink what we do at the back (duh!)
