So Tinkler is blaming the players and the fact that we can't afford a Marquee....
Regardless of whether we have a Marquee or not, we have 23 spots that technically we can afford, even if Tinkler doesn't pay them on time with the FFA's money.
There is no excuse for not being able to preform with the squad that was assembled at the start of the season.
Look at all the guys that have left, all found teams willing to sign them right away, so their quality isn't an issue.

He's no idea the impact a manager has in football.

The bloke has achieved nothing running sporting teams. The best he got was the Knights limped into the semis at the bottom half turned up and rolled two teams and got close to the GF but at the end of the day were never Genuine contenders.
What makes him think he is gonna magically turn it around in 6 months when he has no track record of success?? What makes him think he is gonna turn it around when he has no stability and the only stability he has provided is not sacking the Muppet??

Almost totally agree with you on this one, except it should be Arrogance, Arrogance, Arrogance at the end of your post.
The big problem I see is the fact that the muppet is signing up all the yes men in his current squad, a squad that is what 1 in 12ish since the shit hit the fan. The playing group,as a whole just isn't up to the standard needed. How many of our players would get a start at a competitive a league club? Never mind if any would even make a squad. Simple fact is the muppet isn't going to change anything next year and the fat controller has backed himself into a corner with regards to sacking him. When he goes this bad again next season what will be the excuses?
