    Tim Cahill Appreciation Thread

Seriously how ****ing good is this bloke??

Bloke is arguably the greatest influence on Football in this country of all time.
Some may say Lowy some may Johnny Warren but for me it is Timmy

Not blessed with world class talents he just keeps on delivering.

Anytime our country needs a lift Timmy pops up
Anytime our country needs a hero Timmy pops up

Some blokes do it a couple of times in their career and sieze the big moment but this bloke just does it over and over and over again

It is ****ing disgraceful that the country isn't adorned with statues and his image isn't plastered all over TV billboards etc cause he is a much greater role model than some of the other clowns our society embraces

Think it is about time Tony Abbott pulled some strings to get the bloke the knighthood he deserves

    Forza Timmmmyyy

Not to mention always dropping whatever he's doing to play for the national team. Have you watched his documentary? Absolute legend and exactly the kind of role model I want my kids looking up to.
    I'd deadset marry the bloke.

They had Thierry Henry on the radio saying he reckons Timmy still has lots to offer even in the Premier League, and that he is linked to go back to Everton..

Is it only for 1 year, Body?

Re: money grab calls - haven't heard anyone blowing up about Schwarzer's comments about A-League being a "way out". That's more detrimental IMO

Timmy hangs up on John Laws being a rude prick to him

Some bloke then rings up Laws and tells him exactly what he thinks

John Laws is a wanker. Baited and baited and then proclaims his innocence. He got what he wanted though - someone to bite

The guy at the end is hilarious.. hahahaha..
    Classic stuff..

I have this dude in my office who was playing parts of the interview to me this morning, going on about how the Terrorgraph told him what a wanker that Cahill is, how rude he is for hanging up on Lawsey etc etc..
So i played him the whole thing from MFAW's link and he couldnt believe the "spin" the paper had put on it.. Goose..

Tim has done great things on the field, but when questioned about anything he quickly reverts to cliches.
