Are any of the players running around in the nnsw npl good enough for consideration for the jets and A League?

Would have this might have occured when the jets released the 5 players in january and lost flores, , birighetti and neumann and virgilli (injury). 9 players out and only 4 in left squad skinny for remainder of year.

Wheelhouse and thompson are obvious names any others that would have done a job?

Sure there is blokes in the comp that could have done a job.

Problem is our club is that short sighted anyway so what does it matter.

Yesterday we sign a Sydney FC reject 8-10 weeks after Virgili got injured ???
    WTF

Either sign someone straight away or use the Yoof team.

    Ain't rocket science

Teams could easily finish in alphabetical order this year. Wonder if that's been done before

Are you honestly tipping Adamstown to win the comp after magic just beat them 3-0 on Saturday

Anyone able to explain why the New FM comp has so far been going for what 4 weeks now yet the NPL hasn't started and still has 2 weeks to KO??

Seems ****ing bizarre that the two comps start times are so far apart

I'm guessing more rounds and so grand finals don't clash

    Its bullshit,
the npl should be 27 games. play each other 3 times.
Because 18 games is just way to short in my opinion.

Would never happen... clubs can barely afford wages as is, extend the season by 9 weeks would add an extra 50% to player payments plus coaches demanding more. Jaffas wage bill would then be $175K.

    Totally unsustainable in our region.

Your right. The comp is embarrassingly short. 18 games pfft. Seriously we shouldn't even call it a serious competition.

As for player wages. Pay the greedy SOB's 50% less lol. Easily sorted.
