Well I fu@ked up on this tip.
Are Lakes smoking faves for promotion? They have scored 15 in 2 games now.

On the results page for this match it says Sam 4 goals, Tom 2, Dan 1, and two other wanna be Walkers that got on the score sheet!

was entertaining from a spectators point of view ..... wallsend would be a definant threat if they had a decent keeper and maybe a solid defender slotted into the mix from chatting with a wallsend bloke they have some pretty decent names at the club they just need to sort out the backline

    Wikipedia

This Wikipedia page is regularly updated. Bonus of having all divisions in one place too.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_N...ootball_season

Also, you can click on the source link underneath each of the tables to go straight to the appropriate Fox Sports Pulse page.

Check out the links for the individual clubs too. Some might need updating, which I'm sure would be welcomed.

That's actually rather good, good work Datasmack whoever you are. Would be tops if clubs could fix up there own links/pages and update their current squads.

Hmm. Interesting match ups this weekend.
Who would have thought at the start of the season that the top of the table clash in round 3 would be Westy v Lakes?
I think the other matches will also clarify where teams stand in relation to each other.

I can see some unpredictable results this weekend however I'll have a stab at:
    Belswans 2 v Toronto 1
    Cessnock 2 v Singo 2
    Westy 2 v Lakes 5
    Wallsend 1 v Cooks Hill 1
    Valentine 2 v Thornton 1

So far this season I am 6 results correct from 10 and I don't expext my percentages to improve this weekend. Tough round to pick.

    Belswans 3-0 Toronto-Awaba
    Cessnock 1-2 Singleton
    Wallsend 1-1 Cooks Hill
    Valentine 2-1 Thornton
West Wallsend 1-5 Lake Macquarie City

I'm 5 from 10 so far. See if that improves this week. Might try and get out to Wallsend and Cookers if I'm not busy.

Yep... Cookers v Wallsend should be a pretty good spectacle don't you think?

Really enjoying the addition of the 4 new teams. It was getting very stale last year. Seems like every week so far there has been some great games.

    Belswans 1 - 2 Toronto
    Cessnock 2 - 0 Singleton
    Westy 1 - 7 Lakes
    Wallsend 1 - 2 Cooks Hill
    Valentine 3 - 1 Thornton
    Kahibah - Bye

Valentine v Thornton would be game of the round I reckon. Only reason I'd go watch the Cooks Hill game is because I play in All Age. Local support all the way.

Wow...6 x 10 (+1 x 11) team divisions. Speaks volumes for where the code is at grass roots level. Onwards and upwards with the round ball code.
It wasn't that long ago Zone Football was struggling to get clubs to put teams in to make up 8 club comps.

A big thank you to Wiki for putting together the Cookers page. Saves me doing it. I can tick that off the To Do list...

lol at the Uni link for ZPL

Any chance of you putting the current Cookers first grade squad on there?
Maybe some other clubs could do the same.

Belswans 4 - 0 Toronto, nasty leg break delayed the game for an hour in the 1st grade with Belswans 1-0. Belswans played 4 of their U19's squad from last year good to see some young lads getting a hit.

What were the other grades scores?

More on the game. 2 Penalties to give Belswans the lead, first one was very dubious, couple Belswans players on the field even said "how did we get away with that".

That Leg Break was hard to watch, both players kinda went in for a slide tackle, just one of those things. Toronto actually won the foul on the tackle, Go figure

Credit to Belswans they played for the full 3 hours, if Toronto can stay switched on for a full game and improve their discipline it would be a different story.
