I think it will defo be between these 2 for promotion and Wallsend will sneak 3rd place.

Won't surpise me if its Wallsend and Valo top 2. Lakes will be there abouts obviously. Signings like Dave Hodgson and wheeler etc will make Wallsend a hard team to beat. But it's football, anything can happen. Anyone know how Westy are shaping up? Toronto seem to be the favourite for wooden spoon going off pre season results

That's very true. Pre season form doesn't count for too much. Hearing who is out there though, I would have them in my bottom few teams. Just my opinion though, they could come out and surprise everyone! I hope they do
