Merewether Advance (Zone league 2) is after a reserve grade keeper as our original keeper has decided not to play this year. Obviously if any keeper is keen and wants to push for 1st grade keeper, we're happy for health competition for positions! Any interested players or knowledge of any keepers the please inbox me. Cheers

I know of a bloke that used to play dudley all age as a striker a few seasons back. He would be 36/37 now, I will send through his details.

Plattsburg maryland o grade is looking for players if anyone is still looking for a team. We've had a few season ending injuries in trials and a few blokes employment circumstances change. If you're keen or know anyone who is, let us know asap by contacting me here.

Can confirm diff derby between Cardiff and Southy is on at Evans Oval at 11.30

Let the Battle of the Drain commence

If your games called off would be good if people could come down. This was the game Sam look forward to the most

they've announced the associations for each grade but not the grounds

it's being done differently this season due to wet weather wash outs and a misinformed perception on the zones part that we are more likely to get wet weather in the next few weeks than at any other time*

all clubs with two fields have been asked "maintain their pitches for the Semi Finals weekend, up until the Grand Final weekend on Fri 4th – Sun 6th September, irrespective of applying to host or not."

    * I'm not just being a smartarse, the weather we've had this season isn't anything out of the ordinary, in fact it's been relatively dry - it's just it's tended to rain heavily on a Thursday or Friday, which led to a few cancellations

here's a map from the Bureau of Meteorology to illustrate my point

additional maps can be found here: http://www.bom.gov.au/jsp/awap/rain/...d=csws&area=ns

All we can hope for is this. A club has 2 grounds so teams play side by side. Any club that host should have to have 4 change rooms. It needs to be a prerequisite. It is ridiculous to even consider jamming 4 teams into two sheds. I would not care if clubs like swansea had finals every year! Any others with 4 change rooms. Redhead also but only 1 lights ground.

    Fell short by one game.

Not too bad considering we were 2nd last mid way through the season.
