If you still want to protest, no one can stop you. Just don't associate it with the #Gold4Newy campaign because if you do you will turn a lot of Jets supporters against it.

piss off the FFA by emabrassing them at an AFC event, and your risk more than you might think.
theres rumblings in AFC that FFA should be sent packing to OFC and limited posts in ACL, dont go giving the AFC ammunition agaist the FFA and expect the FFA to listent o our issues with Tinkler's methods.
Save it for the first home game, its either all coming to a head by then, or the message will be louder and clearer, start it at he AFC game and the waters get mudied further
Please do not protest the AFC game this Friday. I think most agree that a well planned protest at the Roar game is the best way to go.

Thompson served on the United board from 2002 when his family purchased the club, and took over as Chairman at Tannadice in 2008 after the death of his father Eddie.
Two independent sources have told Football Central that the Thompson family are close to taking over control of the Jets, with the framework for a deal with the FFA already in place.
Add to that everyone throwing free tickets at this match like there is no tomorrow to try and ensure a good crowd, Gallop will be all over this.
