They aren't as OP as 14.3 though. So far I have one save where we came 6th on GD and the other where I won the domestic treble where I was like 15 points clear with 10 games left but almost lost the title on the last day

FWIW I've talked to multiple mates who use other HAL teams in FM and they all say the Jerks are way, way too good. One of my mates just got beat 11-1 by them.
    OK

Could just be that your mates are shit.

I am running a few HAL seasons on holiday in the background while I am working to see how it pans out.

6 games in, Jets top of the league...

Yeah, not one of them has seen the Jets finish outside the finals. Which, in reality, never happens
    OK

Hmm, the Jets have made two VERY good signings which might influence the outcome a bit.

Former Deportivo/Athletic Bilbies keeper, Aranzubia, and Kerem Bulut.

Actually, never mind. That was in the Jan window, Jets were already battling for 2nd then.

    Jets champions games to spare.

So... you either rate Griff much higher than he actually is or whoever does Perth doesn't rate Keogh. Keogh is faster, stronger and better in the air... but Griff is better everywhere else.

Steele... wow. He's better than the two best left winger/mids (Broich/Carrusca IMO) in the league, by a fair margin.

Carney positioning of 10? Think you added an extra 0 there.

    Griff golden boot with 16.
    Griff Johnny Warren medal.

Jets lose 1-0 to Perth in GF... which Griff, Flores and Jaliens were both RESTED for o_O Starting lineup included Tom Whiteside, Cooper and and Barresi.

3 years of holidaying and so far, not missing the finals. 1st, 3rd, 3rd with GF loss, EF loss, EF loss.

Griff missed 4 weeks with an injury otherwise would likely have gotten golden boot this year as well (1 behind Archie).

Virgili has been released every year.
Jeronimo has been sold every year.
One other player has been released every year (Gallagher 1st, Cooper 2nd, Gallaway 3rd).

Aranzubia has been signed all 3 seasons in the Jan window.

    4th year.

    4th, EF loss to PG.

Virgili, Gallaway, Welsh all release. Jeronimo sold for £550k.
    Aranzubia and Bulut both signed.

Griff only 3rd in golden boot for a change.

Also, interesting to see that Eugene has been GKOTY in all games and Georgievski has been POTY every year apart from when Griff won.

But James Virgili is incredible. His pace meant he tore the league apart in my game

Drew South Melbourne in FFA Cup. Biraz coming back from an injury so BK playing.

South Melbourne have shot from 40 yards, BK didn't dive.

    Game is legit.

Won FFA Cup game 3-1... got "Thumping" achievement for "winning by at least 5 goals".

    GG.

Was thinking how exactly to do this.

Who would you say (or anyone on here, really) is the best GK in the HAL? One of the three -vic keepers?

Biraz shits all over them. You've made him a fairly fantastic well rounded keeper.

He is roughly on par with some starting GK's in Championship and almost all bench keepers. If he was really that good, we wouldn't have constant foz arguments about whether BK deserves a shot back in goals.

Don't know if this is a data issue or a bug but NONE of the Phoenix Fgn players have work permits.

They have, as a result, gone on a signing spree and picked up Mahamadou Diarra and Nikola Zigic (amongst others) as their 5 non AU/NZ players. Tidy bit of business... both are only on £1k a week.
