We did it the hard way but are very happy to take the 3pts away from home.

Has anyone been looking back at predictions to see how they have been going?

Cookers vs bay on Sunday has to be next to no chance.

As long as someone gets on tomorrow so we don't have a full round washed out

I would expect all games tomorrow to get on and to finish. From what I can see Newcastle is only getting 40mm max for the day. This is a winter sport and with how dry it has been all fields should be able to handle it.

Could make for a 2nd half of 1st grade for all the games tomorrow interesting.

I've seen clubs call it off with less rain falling. Some clubs close the ground because someone emptied their water bottle on the pitch.

It is a winter sport though and this weekend's weather is perfect footballing weather.

The problem is it's not just meant to be a bit of rain, there are severe weather warnings in place advising people to stay indoors etc. With that in place should it be up to the council to call the fixtures out? Do they really want people out at their facilities when damaging winds and heavy rain hit?
If it was purely just a simple showery day then games should proceed for sure but with the warning from BOM is it worth going a head with fixtures?

I see where your coming from, I called wet weather number this morning and if grounds are playable then games to go ahead, referees to make the call if the Weather changes during the game if needed
