Whole round wash out I reckon... They should just move the round to two weeks time when everyone has a spare weekend. Pretty simple solution!

Why wouldn't it just be transferred to the spare weekend? Seems the smarter idea.

Mid week is easier, more players can make it during the week. That weekend is usually used for a weekend away from soccer.

A lot of people work shift work. Weekends are for football. The spare weekend is for this exact purpose.

Well to bad for them. I know week night football would suit my club

Yeah mine too. You need to give the family a little ray of sunshine in a 9 month season. And my Mrs was all over this 'FFA cup' weekend like white on rice!!!!
Nobody at our club has shift work (do lectures at uni count???)

PS it's a proven fact that I run 24% further at night

To be honest we could have played today

I agree. I'd love to know how many clubs saw the rain this morning and with all these weathermen arseholes predicting the end of the world at 3pm called it off on spec? Not having a shot at anyone cause I fell for it to, but I'd say just about every ground in newy was play able today!!!

Playing games on the weekend should suit every club. Another 8 hours away from the Mrs is an added bonus..😏

The same attitude can be used towards your club as. The game gets scheduled on the free weekend, too bad for you.
