Predictions:
Stockton - some big signings to add to last year's competitive squad
Cooks hill - should be close to winning
Jesmond - always tough and looking good in pre season
Barnsley - coming from zpl should win more games then lose
Bero - finished last year off well and should go close to finals
W/baby - have lost plenty of players and no major signings but will still be competitive
R/terrace - have looked good the last couple of years
C/town - will compete
Nelson bay -
Kotara - have to pick a wooden spooner

I think they'll surprise a few this year.
Kotara wooden spoon? Big call considering they knocked off suburbs ZPL in FFA cup. I have to say I can't agree with that call.
Warners Baby?
Kotara won't be last. Always competitive and didn't look too bad against a decent ZPL Suns side a few weeks back. One of the few clubs to compete year in, year out in all three grades.

I reckon Cookers to come last after an investigation shows they're over their salary cap. All the third party sponsorships to get the NEWFM boys to drop back smells fishy....
Haha, mate there's no way we'd let any of those blokes get a red cent after deserting us to play for NEWFM last year. All good mates from the ZPL days, some went to NEWFM some to ZL1 all 1 big happy family again now.
PS more than a few currently playing ressies....... I reckon we've got much better depth this year but sounds like everyone does.
