Getting those teams costs money, be fair. Marty has said we might play two top division Chinese sides as well as his own team so that's a start. If his business model is sound I'm sure we will see the big clubs in the future - it will be two years till we are able though.

Two years to break even as a club is a good thing to aspire to.
If we get the ACL in three seasons, thats not bad, particularly if its done on the back of setting up a sustainable club.
Throwing money hand over fist at a club in an unsustainable way is just going to see us going backwards in the long term.
