Simply went with keeper who made the most saves - has to be the best doesn't he?

    On another note...

Have had so many calls the last couple of days after private planes for this trip, surprisingly enough we are still not cheaper than commercial flights.

Yep and that is why the ****wits at the FFA should set the GF at a neutral venue each season.

That way every **** will know when and where not this bullshit where it is decided a week out and everyone is left to make last minute plans

    Dumb ****s they are

    Exactly.
FFA should have the GF in London.
Have you guys seen the crowds they get for games over there?
    Pretty awesome IMO.

    Works well for the Superbowl
Works well for the UCL Final
Works well for the TardBall GF
Works well for the NRL GF

Create an event out of the ****ing thing. People then can fly in from all around the Country like they do for Socceroos games and fill the ****ing ground as well as the local contingent that will turn up for events.

Not the BS scenario where no **** knows what the **** the game is going on

2 Leg GF, higher ranking team gets the 2nd Home Leg, it worked in the old days.

Yeah I agree, 12 months notice should be all we need to pack out that Jets v Gypos Grand Final over there in Perth.

    Salivating.

10 leg grand final each leg played at a different A-League stadium that way everyone's fans get a fair crack at tickets and they won't spend money on those EVIL CORPORATION AIRLINES AND HOTEL CHAINS.

    Problem solved IMHO.

As if we would make the GF.

Look at our fans calling me out of order and unrealistic expecting the coaching genius many on here rate highly to make the top 4 next season as a pass mark??

Poor people think scraping for 6th place in a 10 team comp is adequate and realistic

Interesting that minor premiers and grand finalists don't get a single player in team of the year... Also whats with Sorenson getting keeper of the year? Birraz made 4 times more saves!

I think it shows what a great team (or squad) Adelaide had this season rather than relying on a few individuals to win them matches.
Last couple of seasons they really struggled to win when Carrusca was unavailable, this year he was dropped to the bench a few times because the team was going so well and he had to really perform to win back his starting spot.
Wanderers weren't too dissimilar either in that they had a strong allround squad while likes of City heavily relied on Individuals (Fornaroli, Mooy, Novillo) to win them games and even Perth (with Castro and Keogh) and Roar (MacLaren and Corona).
