I wouldn't go that far. Carney had literally zero ball to do anything with it and looked very dangerous in the opening 15mins.

To me it shows that 230k is wasted on a player who can't get the ball. Spend it in the middle of the park and let's see the difference

Oxborrow/Castro/Marinkovic were playing a short passing game with lots of triangles and we were so slow to react. Embarrassing in a different league slow. Poljak and Watson are just not in the same class as other midfields.

Once the midfield battle was won the Glory started to play diagonal balls into Harold whose pace was killing Boogs and Mullen. Boogs got left behind on a few occasions before he started sliding in to try and cut out the ball early.

Full credit to Kenny Lowe for a game plan that schooled Miller. I haven't posted a negative comment about Miller before but the 3 at the back was possibly the most naive coaching decision I have ever seen. And why it took so long to change it when the glory were quite literally lining up on the edges to get the ball is baffling.
Glory had fast players running in behind so 3 at the back was ****ing stupid all we needed was some quick guys in the centre of the park to press quickly and win the ball back. I dont want to see watson and poijak again soo slow and get bypassed way to easily

but when our team is under pump or struggling you look to your senior players or star players for guidance and help pulling the team back into the game but Carney is to lazy to do that. If the team is out of form or struggling he just stands around watching the game

I'm not sure if someone mentioned this before but the loss on the weekend was the same date we lost 7-0 to Adelaide last year!
