De bruyne I'll give you had a better epl season last year and is class but Hazard has dominated the prem since his arrival and has had numerous players player of the year awards. He also outshines De Bruyne for Belgium 90% of the time.

Neymar's is world class but doesn't effect a game for 90 mins like Hazard does. Dives too much as well.

Bale is injury prone so we've never seen consistent WC performances except for his last years at spurs where they won nothing.

The other players you mentioned are WC but can't be compared because they are in different positions or not Human eg Messi.

Not even going to list all the issues Conte caused last season which led to problems in the playing roster which caused us to finish 5th. I agree Hazard needs a good run in the UCL but to apply he dives even 5% of the time Neymar is ludicrous. I dont see Neymar with close to broken ankles every ligue 1 game and with refs who ignore fouls unless you go down
