Deng is almost certainly gone from MV, signing for PSV. Someone can translate.

Also lots of speculation in the last day or two, some of it the high profile complete BS stuff that the AL loves to do.

Looking at that list of NPL players, the young left back from FNQ Heat could be maybe worth a trial to see if he is up to it. It is a position we need depth and we have the option of the overage rookie outside the squad numbers and cap space. Other than that the only one's possibly worth looking at are those U20 that may be better than what we have in our youth squad, or a striking back up to Morten depending on what sort of players get brought in from overseas, would need to be an improvement on Pav and Brennan.

Milos the ST from South Melbourne was Brennan's teammate for a season, and was more highly touted also. I remember reading something about how he didn't want to give up his full time job and decent NPL earnings for a Min wage HAL deal with no guarantee.

Yeah, that's what I remember reading last year or maybe the one before during the FFA Cup. Full time school teacher or something.

Not sure if this has been spoken about elsewhere, but Thomas Deng to PSV on a 1 year loan.

Kid has plenty of potential, looks like he can really turn into a good ball playing centre half.

He may become a better player if he got a decent run in his position.

yeah heard that one too about Pepper, virtually a straight swap for Lustica. Both are decent squaddies but not first XI at A-League level.

A straight swap if played in position. Didn't pepper back up for Neville? I reckon he'll go alright.

Now that is what a competent football club does.

Players who are under contract but not wanted they get rid of

Now can someone explain to me why we can't **** off Brennan Pavicevic BK etc

Just because they are under contract means **** all

Just as it did for Pepper at Wankers FC

Because both parties have to agree to the contract termination. Some players will choose to stay rather than take their chances on the free market.
