Never heard of them. I wonder if Viva, or whoever, have rebranded?

I did some super lazy sleuthing and while Viva and Legend do look similar, they were started/are run by different people. A doctor from SA and his wife seem to run legend out of a factory ("cough" sweatshop) in Shanghai. Not exactly Nike or Puma.

Looks like they do our kits, Fiji Rugby League, and then amateur clubs and general apparel.

Not exactly confident in the quality in these kits considering Viva were a bigger company and they weren't exactly top drawer.

Haha Frodo, I was just doing the same investigative actions and came to the conclusion they were separate companies.

Maybe just a quick fix to pump out the australia cup kit? Or a season kit new supplier?

Whoever is advising the club on colours should be sacked. The cool kids wouldn't be seen dead in that crap

I noticed the commentator (forgotten who it was already) referred to it more than once as our away strip.

So he either has no idea and is making it up, I've missed an announcement that it actually is our away strip this season, or he has some inside knowledge?

I remember the away strip was chosen by the fans with a poll at the end of last season - n.2 below

A choice of three. Crap, garbage, and disgusting. Nobody knows what the Jets colours are anymore. Most of the kids are running around in red and blue but the team isn't. Totally lost the connection with the membership, as the crowd figures show.

Nobody wanted red and blue in the first place. ****ing tinkler. Our colours will always be gold and now with the odd Emerald green and brown/cinnamon as a tribute to our heritage

Even KB United preferred their version of "gold" eventually...

Correct. No issue with blue and red as third kit either.

Some of the black kits we did were very sexy but we play in the Australian summer so it’s not the best idea.

The Jets logo was, and still is, red and blue, long before Tinks bought the club. Three gold jets on red/blue background. Most of the gold jerseys I see are up on obesity hill. The stands are full of red/blue.

A couple of recent member/fan surveys indicated a landslide preference of gold. We ain't called United these days either.....so maybe a new badge is in order.

Firstly, "fans" shouldn't be voting on anything. You want a vote, buy a membership.
Secondly the landslide vote. Of the approx 10000 members, 85% didn't vote at all. The 15% that did vote, 80% voted for gold. That's 12% of members. Only club in the world that would change colours on 12%
Thirdly, I am happy to go with any colour if a proper members survey reaches a 60% - 70% threshhold
Fourthly, the club needs a club charter and members charter to set certain rules regarding these matters, but don't hold your breath

I am one of those 67.5% who did not vote for the current federal government.
