Is it true that you can only buy a Jets jersey at the game or online Jets store?

I received an email from Everything Football - they're selling the gear, just not as the "Jets Official Merch Partner". They're also selling it at 20% less than the RRP for the entire season.

Yeah I was told they won't have jerseys.
    Which sounds a bit......weird.
Why not ask the Gypo and see if you can get a straight answer.

Again (and no shade on your reply) but of course he said 'the merch' because it sounds like they will have many things with the Jets logo on it but won't be getting the jerseys.

Maybe Lawrie said EF and Rebel would have the jerseys. He also spoke about the low selling gold jerseys. Mentioned it was a different shade of gold, Like that made no difference

Well with any luck someone from EF or the Jets clears it up.
Because I don't trust a thing that comes out of that blokes mouth.

They don't have an online store this year is what I thought I was told.

The way I'm reading it, you can only buy jerseys in person at select games/events.
    OK

This is off-topic but, has anyone read this?

Deceased Member Tribute - Round 3
To mark the start of a new season the Newcastle Jets would like to recognise and celebrate the lives of Members who have passed away in the previous year at the first home game.

The tribute will involve a minutes applause as photos are displayed on the big screen and family of the deceased Member forming a guard of honour as players enter the field.

If you have a family member who has passed away in the past 18 months and would like to be involved, please let us know the following details.

    Full name
Date of birth and date of death
Membership number and number of years they were a member/fan of the Jets (we can look up these details if you are unsure).

Please send this information and a photo in an email with the subject 'Member Tribute' to membership@newcastlejets.com.au. All details will be double checked with you before game day.
Are they gonna let them spread the ashes on the field? Could add some more spirit to the stadium this season...

Mozart's Requiem should be played before all home games.

With you Plague...for the #metoo family who want the world to know that they grieve...just like the rest of us.

Meantime 8000 people who are there to be entertained feel the mood stifled so they can applaud someone they know nothing about.

Can guarantee this is because once they started the odd "tribute" they have had umpteen requests since and see this as an easy out.

and for sure some asshole is gonna bring their freshly dead grandpappy in a wheelbarrow through the turnstiles on game day screaming "THIS IS HOW POPS WOULD HAVE WANTED IT" to any secco that approaches them.

    good luck kicking them out.

not quite, social media is all about someone letting you know that they are grieving even more than you are.

can see the gypo trying to sell packages to fans of dead people.

Bronze: photo plus name on scoreboard (small font).
Silver: photo, name on board plus black armband on your favourite player.
Gold: photo, name on board, black armband on your favourite player and a fridge magnet fixture list.

I look forward to the first statement apologising for giving a tribute to person X who turns out to be a convicted of crime Y against person A who has highlighted the fact on social media.

I can see what they are going for, but this seems like a really strange attempt at engagement.
