Think the gold would look better with blue shorts. I think the all gold looks strange!

Gold jersey would have look much better with red collar and end sleeves instead of blue...and agree red shorts with it would be much better

Really great kits this season. Wishing we had of gone with the green kit instead of a white one but the rest are classy. Is Lee Ki wearing the RAAF kit? Can't see much of a difference there. Honestly will probably buy all four, even the goalkeeper shirt is great.

Only needs to put palm trees on there to look like complete Aids.
Who designed this shit?? Who approved this shit??

    Sack them all

    All Look terrible.

Don't think any football kit with same shirt colour as same shorts colour looks good.

The contrast between one and the other is needed.

Like FFS You going out on the town trying to look good you don't where pants the same colour as your shirt do you???

like the blue, gold would be better with different colour shorts, I'm not really a fan of the white.

Don't think that's the RAAF kit. They will probably introduce that the week of the game to build hype etc.

Thought so, just another home jersey. Will be interesting to see what they come up with for the RAAF kit.

Chill out. It's been stated numerous times that in order to have strips ready for this season, fan feedback couldn't really be taken into account.

We will be able to vote to some degree on next season's strips

I am aware that has been said in the past by the FFA Overlords but lets face facts it is a cop out and full of complete shit and just used to fob the fans off.

They used that excuse 4 months ago.

How long does it seriously take to organise a kit???

If they can't get a kit designed and done within 4 months then they need to have a serious look at the organisation they are dealing with cause it ain't rocket science

Always had you pegged for a denim on denim 80's style wonder king.

I think they all look good, would have liked white shorts and socks on the gold kit but other than that they're pretty good. Half the town hate gold, half the town love it, half the town hate the knights red and blue, the other half love it, half the town love the E&C the other half have no clue as to why those colours are significant.

No matter what they'd have done some won't like it.
In the end I reckon all three are pretty solid kits, clean and simple.

We won't be laughed at like the palm tree wearing mob down south!

Move away from BLK and we'd have a better set of templates to choose from.

Kit design was started ages ago, concepts were discussed at the sub-committee meeting way back, when the club offices were still near the stadium. Back in march

Feedback from the committee to the club was -

    less "knight" looking.
    More gold.
    Not all gold.
Not some sublimated monstrosity - keep it simple.

Only constraint from club was it needed to be from the colours of the club crest.

    Decent outcome IMO.
Not ideal, as I'd love to see it in E&C and there's a few panels I'd have swapped or kept the same as the main shirt to simplify it even more.

From interest, how many shirt manufacturing deals for professional sporting team shave you been privy to?

Turn arounds and production times aren't as quick as you'd think, especially when BLK aren't a major player in the market, and our shirts sales aren't massive to warrant strong arming the company into doing production speeds they are capable of.

Again, we need to move away from BLK.

    I actually like all three.

The gold would have benefitted from different colour shorts, but I'll be buying all three jerseys this year.

Agreed, I think they should move to have every new kit designed by fans and voted on, before going to manufacturers.

Would imagine at times there will be a need to wear different colour shorts and socks to avoid a clash.

I quite like the blue home kit... think it looks good except for the socks.
Socks should just be one colour, not hops or strips or anything. Simple simple simple!

Hoops in two colours would be better than what they have gone with... a bizarre three segment sock with the third colour outlining the middle segment. Awful.
