We are only a few rounds in and they have had 4 total matches with no one to monitor results.
I think your clutching at straws. There just isn't enough refs in the ranks. Plus it ain't the refs job to 'observe' games. If there are troubles or complaints that is the assoc's role if they are concerned.
Argy have had no refs for the last two home games and yet yesterday, an O/35 game that came on after the Zone games had 3 officials provided by Macquarie. So why can Macquarie manage it but NNSW can't?
Just found out that Simba v Kahibi didnt have refs either.

If you mean the weekend just passed, Simba didn't play Kahibah, they played Uni. Argy played Kahibah - so there were no refs at either game !!
Muswellbrook only got refs against Simba because I'm good at complaining about it.
I've been pretty vocal over the past few seasons about the nonsense that goes on with allocations, and the scenario Prince highlighted above at Argy is part of what I've been arguing to them about.
Yet every NEWFM/NPL game day, every grade from 11's up has 3 different referees, sometimes plus an assessor, for every match. It's ridiculous.
The bay has had 1 set of refs at home in 3 games and none in the away legs. Pretty poor really.
No refs at New Lambton v Muswellbrook yesterday either.
