    Fixture 2017/18

    Place for conversation.

I'm disappointed that the FFA didn't accept the club's request to play the home F3 derby on 24/2 to mark our 10th year since the win. They did it for a certain Melbourne team last year who made the same request.

Not only that, they sent us to Brisbane.

    FFA - you're all jerks.

Yeh. I'm surprised FFA didn't let us have our Grand Final rematch. Would've been great to market. Seems really silly.

Agree. And not only not to have it against the Mariners, but not have a game here at all!? Missed opportunity.

A big F-U from the FFA.

Looking at the draw, we need to have points on the board early because we play 5 of our last 8 on the road.

Positively we only travel to Perth and Wellington once and there is a good gap between both of those. With regards to Perth, that trip is bookmarked by two home fixtures either side.

    days we play

    Monday 0
    Tuesday 1
    Wednesday 1
    Thursday 2
    Friday 7
    Saturday 12
    Sunday 4
    27

    times we play
    4-5 2
    5-6 9
    6-7 16
    7-8 0
    8-9 0

i'll give the FFA some credit here. I haven't gone back to last years draw, but it seems like a significant reduction in both early games and Sunday matches.

No Sunday arvo stinkers in the middle of Summer.
7 Fri FTA slots - (zat average number?)
Likin' the Derby start n finish. Wins both ends to punctuate a better season.

Yeah, FTA on 10 on Saturday night. We've been given the night no one wants to watch still.

I'd like to see Sydney FC's draw to compare the two.

Actually, after closer examination I think the draw is a billion times better than we have had in the last few seasons - especially with respect to home games.

As opposed to Rd 1 at Shittoungue when we can throw pies at Raheem the Gypo as Our Caravan carves up the Gypo scum ??

    I take Rd 1

    Pretty happy with the draw.

About time we received a few Saturday 7:50pm home games.

And very satisfied both coast aways are spread out.
