It was only for 20 or so. Appiah was getting the better of him. He looked eager to defend close but he needed to give him a little space as he had him for speed. When he stopped over committing he was excellent. I was a massive fan last year purely to see a left footer at LB. In my opinion he won't be very consistent being so young but well worth being patient with. Hoff is always good to call on. It's nice to have 3 good options vying for 2 spots.
Kanta no doubt had one of his best games but i sat up top first half and it was noticeable how easy it was to get the Gypos on the back foot
All you needed was one of the defenders to break the front line or the defensive midfielders to dribble past someone or play a 1 -2 and we were away in a lot of space 4v 4 or 4 v 5/6
DeSilva Appiah Pain and the diving Spaniard up front didn't put a shit load of pressure on us and if we had the ball in our half and got through them we were away and exposing the **** out of their backline
The lack of decent balls through from Ugarkovic and Kanta plus the defenders to Vargas Nabbout Petratos and Roy early and quickly was the real reason why we didn't hit double digits
What we done in the last 10 mins with the counters could have and should have been done more often and earlier because they were ripe for it
It was just the lack of quality ball play out that cost us
Take it to the game thread guys
