    • And they have won 3 and lost 1 of the Saturday clashes against Wellington in Newcastle.
    • Seven players have scored doubles in this fixture at Hunter Stadium.
    • This fixture has produced an average of 4 goals per game over the last 10 between these two

    • Newcastle remain undefeated after 4 games for the second time in A-League history. The last time was 2007/08.
    • However, 8 points from 4 games is not the best start to a season. Twice before the Jets have won 3 and lost 1 to start a year with 9 points.

    Players

Positive feel about the heart of this team. Think we will win.

If Kanta is out it's a blow, but offers a legitimate reason fro Brown to feature and Champness to come in the team.

Which in the past favours Wellington as they are frozen on arrival and the 44c heat simply brings them back to normal operating temps.

    No

I firmly of the opinion that Bert has raised the bar slightly enough at the club that we should be able to win and expect to win this game

These blokes should salute on Saturday night

I be pretty ****ing pissed if they don't as I will feel they have shafted their fans AGAIN

    Expectation in Newy is growing

We turned the ship and it onwards and upwards

    +1

Brown is easily the worst import in the league.
