Give them good old red drink like I did mine at Breakers games, had a Red Bull effect and they wouldn't crash till midnight!

As long as it is balanced I am fine and you do need those kids days - as a sponsor there are several reasons to prefer night games however.

You've seen my kids ha ha ha!! How do you think that would go? :P

But yes - a balance is needed. If I am not taking the kids, I prefer the night games. Go with a few mates, have a feed, a few beers and waddle on home afterwards.

Seeing as we play in summer, can only see the down side of us playing the 'warm-up' fixtures (in 30+degree heat) for the Syd & Melb teams who will invariably get prime time slots anyway no matter what we asked for (I'm assuming we 'asked' for that time slot because we were getting it anyway). Shame yet again we'll rarely get an FTA slot even though we were one of the better teams to watch last season...
Life isn't the same without Con... but it can only improve without Tinks...

Was it a random draw for all 32?
I seem to recall, historically, with 10 ALM teams, there would be 4 drawn to play NPL clubs and 6 ALM clubs play eachother.

Which is what we have this year.
But we’ve also got Harper making out this is an evolution and unexpected draw, and should allow NPL clubs to go further.

Random, all 32 teams in one pot, how it should be

Good, I agree, completely random should be the way.

Wonder what the odds are that the “random” draw has the same format as the previous model.

The SFC foz is superb reading atm.

I’ve taken drastic action and unfriended him on insta. That’s going to get him where it hurts.

It was odd to read Wankerers fans saying that they don't think he'll add much to their game, but are just over the moon because it's made SFC look stupid. Plus, half the Sydney fans blame the club and the other half blame the player. It's just a quality shit show.

Rumours are that Rodwell and Arzani are signing with SFC to soften the blow. So basically, both clubs are signing players either over the hill or average at best and neither will have actually strengthened their already weak squads. It's a City vs Victory comp next season, the next 4 spots are all up for grabs.

Some idiot has decided we need an even worse salary cap then before. They are allowing another yank style "designated player" outside the already hilariously convoluted cap. Wages have to be $300k to $600k tho.

Just scrap the entire thing and allow fees between clubs already. So sick of it.
