#survivethedrop is in full effect with the blues losing 2-1 to Maryland. Twice as many losses as last season already. Was two grade leap too much? Some people are even calling for the head of the player liaison officer.

The real talk though has been about third grades 4-1 win with, and I quote “some of the best goals ever scored in the local leagues”

Some interesting results on the weekend. Comp is once again proving to be quite competitive. A few more juicy fixtures this weekend -

    Stockton vs Azzurri
    Terrace vs Cooks Hill Draw
    Uni vs Wallsend
    Fletcher vs Westlakes
    Suburb vs Morisset

I believe the title is between these teams only-
    Cooks Hill
    Raymond Terrace &
    Stockton

A head above the rest- (my judgement)

    On another note.

Unfortunately for Westlakes third grade, looks like they'll be finishing below the bye this year.

I’m not sure if Suburbs have welcomed back a few players or not, but they were definitely the best side the Terrace have played so far this year in my opinion . Definitely won’t be writing them off just yet.

That is a very bold call. Considering they have lost by large score lines to teams..

4-1 to Stockton being the the only time Suburb have lost by more than 1?
Or you talking about Westlakes Third grade finishing beneath the bye?

Still 3/4 missing from the First grade that played Terrace on the weekend.

Most on the field agreed, that's probably the best they looked & played all year.
Just couldn't find the net, which seems to be the issue since round 1.
