Our right side looks shit in attack as well. Very slow to react. The fast counter we had with Nabbout is missing and without it we are shit.

This is garbage. No one in attack looks interested in causing problems or troubling Adelaide and no one on the bench to change things either
Should have started Brown. We have no balance and Adelaide are easily blocking off the channels. Simple game plan from them working a treat.
That said, once someone breaks through that first line of defence we will do damage. Adelaide can't hold a lead so this could easily end 2-2.

Pato is the new Finkler in that he's either amazing or a complete waste of space.

pato pretty anonymous, but that run towards the end of the half was pretty sweet. whole midfield is pretty anonymous.

Nabbout papered over the fact that we don’t have a backup striker which seems crucial with Roy in the squad. We’re feeling it now, although the shit midfield tonight is playing a big part too.
Pato is the only one of the front four who looks switched on. He is the only one I'm confident can find a pass. Everyone else is leaving me very worried.

We look like exactly what we are: a team that has brought in "new players" with no recognised no 9. From here to the finals is just "get to know you games". Give them a cuple fo weeks to gel and things will get better, particularly when Our Caravan gets back on and up to speed.
