    Thumped.
3 players get season ending injuries.
Middleby unmasked as a double agent, admitting that there is no such thing as an 'undisclosed fee'.
We get kicked out of the comp and replaced in the finals by Wanderers, who go on to face Sydney in the GF and everyone is happy because DERBY!!!!!

we need to take out our frustrations on the gyppos, anything less than kicking em out of the park is unacceptable etc
Life isn't the same without Con... but it can only improve without Tinks...

Saw Jack Duncan at that Burlesque show in at Civic park last night.

Firstly, his missus is pretty fit... Well done Dunco.

Secondly, all that gyrating and sexy dancing will have awoken something in him I bet. 100% chance of a Clean sheet from him this weekend, he will be keen to get a firm grip on those balls for the next week or so.

1-0 win with a Josh Rose Own Goal.

After listening to the Merrick press conference I thought he was going to make quie a few changes for this game. I was thinking at least Cowburn, Vargas (due to injury), Vujica and possibly McGree would be looking over their shoulder.

But as the week has gone on, is anyone else sensing there will be just 2 changes - Pato for Vargas due to injury and Gorgeous George for Vujica due to return from suspension?

If so, I'm concerned. We still lack pace. Personally I'd be throwing someone quick like Champness up against Rose to tear him a new one in his last game.

    Anyone agree?

I'm concerned if he plays Cowburn again in the middle. He may think he's a mid but at this level I believe he's a backup RB at best.

I think he's a right back as well. Hoff thought he was a striker, always played striker in his youth. Where is he getting a run now?

    I share your concerns.

I'm thinking we'd be best keeping Vujica at left back, moving george to right back, putting Mcgree in the mids and putting either Hoff or Champness on the wing where Mcgree usually is. Bring Pato on for Vargas, either on the wing or at Cam

Vujica cannot play, all coaches are aware of his pace and have exploited it since he has been reinstated
