I think most of us remember the 3-0 as its fresh in the minds. The 2-1 loss is probably a better indication of how we might go. Absolutely dominated them that night.

Can't wait to see us do that again and cop a Muscat winner in the 90th.

    Possibly.

I found it interesting that Roar, who didn't have a lot of mobility or height up front, struggled in the same way we did 3 weeks ago. They struggled to get it out as City's midfield suffocated them and Roar resulted to long balls which City picked up the second ball more often that not.

For me, we need to work on beating that initial press, have some heights and pace like we did against the Mariners.

Additionally, we need to shut down Brattan and Jamieson. It was intersting how their midfield suffered once Brattan was injured and tended to hold himself back.

Ok will make the call here - Ronny and Pato must NOT start.

This game could go to extra time and penalties. We need those guys at the end not the start.

Also I'll be buggered if I could name pen takers we have apart from Dimi and Roy.

    YES!!!! I'm 100% with you.

I would have Pato take a pen, Hoff and Georgievski. But hopefully it doesn't go to that.

do we have a stat for just how many pens City have milked this season? McCormack's season tally owed a hell of a lot to their ability to lose their feet all too easily in the area this season...

    Keen as beans.

Will be a good game. Need to work on our defense but otherwise I think we have enough attack to get the job done.

Can't believe this is the 3rd time playing city this season in Newcastle. We didn't even play em in newy last season 😅 😅.

I really want to see how much McDonald Jones erupts if one the wankers actually gets carded for trying to milk a penalty. Especially that Arazani douche
