    44 Nikolai Topor-Stanley – signed until 18/19

19 squad spots used, 4 available. 2 Visa Spots

    GK - Duncan, Moss.

CB - Boogard, Topor-Stanley, Jackson, Koutroumbis, Langlois (Youth)
    LB - Georgevski, Vujica.
    RB - Hoffman, Cowburn.

CM - Kantarovski, Ugarkovic, Ridenton, Thurgate (Youth)
    RM - D. Petratos, Adelson.
    LM - Champness
    CAM - Vargas

    ST - O'Donovan, K. Petratos.

Looks to me that with 4 spots left we need to sign some attackers/wingers.

CB will be fine for this season, will need a freshen up next year however.
Fullbacks are good enough given the way we played last year and the money we would have available.
Ridenton will be enough cover for the 2 CM spots.
Champness, Dimi, Vargas and Roy are our only 1st team quality attacking options. This is a little worrying considering we must be favourites to win the entire thing this year...

City will be my favourites. They're recruiting well.

Why do you have Adelson as a winger? He is a FB/CB

And they've listed Hoff as a RB - I figured that balanced it out.

Doesn't change, for me, that we need strikers and wingers. Rumours are Halloran is off to Sydney (MrWalkerAgent on Twitter).

"The failed former fringe socceroo" clause.

City could have a mass squad walkout, lose their coach at the start of the season, not sign a marquee, be docked 12 points because their 3 fans set off a flare at a pre-season game, and they’d still be favourites ahead of us.

How about this young Kale bloke? Ernie wants a striker who can play wide.

Was just thinking this myself Gary, The recent opportunity provided to Virgili to see from him what we already have time and time again was a WOFTAM That opportunity could have and should have been provided to the Members idol KB instead. The bloke use to to carve em up in Youth and to this day i still reckon he was never afforded a deserved chance to make it in the Snr team.

Surely the concerns of years ago and to what some use to say it was to do with his physically light frame can be put to bed.
