Fox Sports are not the most reliable source of football info. But some reliable ones have definitely been discussing it this week. Remember tho, he was linked with the United job for the last few months and he'll be bringing Bale with him. My comments are based on stuff being discussed on the Arsenal forums.
Arsenal are looking for a director of football right now, we are linked with Monchi (Roma) and Overmars (Ajax) but aren't sold on either. We've also made contact with the current PSG director, Henrique, and PSG are subsequently looking at either Wenger or Zidane to replace him if he leaves. All rumours of course.
It's probably likely Chelsea will stick with Sarri for at least a full season.

The sooner you realise Managers are all short term options (someone has to lose/not win the trophies/not make the top 4) the better, success is defined by winning trophies now. Not 'sexy' football or simply making the top 4 of a tournament.

Yeah, transfer ban is a very loose word. Sign 4 or 5 players this window and then rummage through the 30 or so youth players they have out on loan to replace any older players who leave.
