Who gives a **** about it??

Pre Season Friendly over and it now on to the only game that matters

Boogaard got his seasonal oggy out of the way and the club will be Hoffman free plus we turned in a shitty performance

I expecting us primed to find form.when it matters the most

And what about the ref shaking his head with condescendence? They're not supposed to show their opinions.

They show their opinion with their incessant favouritism to the Sydney and Melbourne teams already

    How Zullo got away with
1 Kicking the ball away at a Jets FK
2 Tackle on sugar from behind no less

How Calver got away with clattering into a flying Jair whilst on a yellow

    Show their true colours

If this was any other team bar Vartree and Blue Aids they get sent

    Boz on referees:

Only thing is... I don't see any shaky refereeing... they look very consistent to me.

    Consistently shit

Remember when we got the Japanese refs in

Couple of weeks of no issues

Now it is back to these clowns again

FFA need to import some refs from somewhere in the world

Dont matter where just important to get competence even if we paying for it

Put your hand up. Be a ref. You'll be paid relatively well if you're good enough. Why are so few willing to do this?

Usual crap coming from FFA this morning.

Hoff card is not an obvious error apparently (although previous dodgy reds like Berisha et al have been overturned with minimal evidence).

Apparently, you're going to get paid good enough, regardless of your abilities.

Man, we're not talking mistakes here: we're talking
    - no red cards for opposition teams,
    - easy red cards to jets players,
    - 0 (zero) penalties in 14 games, no Var used for the jets
    - a player suspended for 9 games, when similar cases around the world end with very different outcomes.

Don't get me wrong we're shooting ourselves in the foot by consistently missing scoring chances: but there is something wrong with match officials, it's widely recognised, and it's not a matter of incompetence.

I don't know why we are surprised. The last opposition player to be sent off against the Jet when the Jets are away from home was Nigel Boogaard back on 9/11/2013.

We've had 9 players dismissed since then.

Moving 10 game average of points earned for the Jets.

Yellow circle is the point where Nabbout left (for what it's worth because this point is always brought up).

What sort of time frame do you want on it? I've got it but just give me a period to start from.

    From season 2015/16

    HOME Games - 49 matches
    Jets Yellow cards - 93
    Opposition Yellow cards - 98

    Jets Red Cards - 6
    Opposition Red Cards - 8

    Jets Pens - 8
    Opposition Pens - 7

    Jets Possession - 47% average

    AWAY Games - 48 matches
    Jets Yellow cards - 99
    Opposition Yellow cards - 81

    Jets Red Cards - 7
    Opposition Red Cards - 0

    Jets Pens - 6
    Opposition Pens - 16

    Jets Possession - 46% average

We seem to be balanced at home, but receive unfavourable treatment away from home.

Did anyone else notice in the first half we had a free kick in front of the smurfs bench, ref gave dimi the spot then went in field. One of the assistant coach’s starts telling dimi to move it back so the 4th official comes over and tells dimi to move it......the dickhead should have told the Smurf’s to sit the **** down and shut the **** up.

Yep....and who was that 4th official?

    Kurt Ams no less.

I hear that Brosque demanded Hoff be sent too.

Does and i mean this as a legit question as i truly have no idea on this. Does the MRP have the authority when viewing an incident like the Hoffs also able to recommend disciplinary action against another player not mentioned in a match report.

For the life of me no normal person (s) who claims to have reviewed the incident like a competent MRP would and miss O'Neill's stomp is nothing short of ludicrous.

One of three things have happened here.

1 They can't literally involve themselves because of no referral to review it ?

2 They believe only Hoff was guilty which is a concern because these blokes get the opportunity to review it over and over and have still missed the obvious. This would suggest they are from an ability perspective unable to carry out there duties competently as a MRP ?

3 Or they did not miss O'Neills actions are able to action his offence but have chosen not too because it was Sydney FC which would be also concerning and meaning the MRP is incapable of performing its role properly or fairly ?
