Haven't Olympic been kissed on the dick by a fairy?

What a draw they have had so far!

The Jaffas/Magic match should be good one after Magic somehow managed to beat a dominant Jaffas on the weekend.
    Weston should account for Valentine
Kahibah and Cessnock should be a good one.
See you next year New Lambton and take Warners Bay with you
Maitland and Charlestown should also be a good one.

Should be no excuse to not get out and see one of these

Is that draw also rigged so 1 non NBN team makes it through to the last 8 or is it random and just the way the cards fell

You can watch the draw live. It was just luck of the draw all the balls in the same barrel.

Magic must love this time of year because they can never lose in the FFA Cup, if they get beat on the field they rake in the dough cause surviving teams have to use their ground !!

Maybe not this year. Don't Olympic have new lights? Does anyone know if they meet TV criteria?

Have any FFA Cup games been streamed this year?

I heard that BAR TV are not covering the games due to NNSW funding restraints?

Having been to a night game at Darling St this year I can tell you their lights would go nowhere near to meeting the minimum criteria.
The lights point straight down from the poles so the sidelines are lit quite well but the middle of the pitch is quite dark.

The new lights are no brighter than their old ones - they are LED so the running costs will be heaps less though so was worth doing.

Thought the whole idea of the upgrade was to meet criteria.

The Lights at Darling st are 10 times better than what we had before. They are a minimum 400 lux across the ground. The LED flood lights fitted are meant to point down.
they will also be set up more efficiently once the pitch is moved north to its final position.

Thanks to the Jaffas for charging 5 bucks for entry. Saved us having to buy a few beers and a couple of sangas tonight.
Game finished 2-1 for Magic after Extra Time.
