I thought Ninkovic resigned after knocking back the opportunity to be one of the Sheeps first signings.

    I want less recycling.

There are good players out there who haven't been through half the league.

1st season - equal top goal scorer and most assists
2nd season - 2nd most goals and assists
3rd season - Leading goal scorer and most assists

That's a massive contribution to fill.
Not rumours, Lawrie today in the Newy Herald confirmed it

And he would play as a 10 not a left winger

Would you guys play Ibini at #10 or winger? Bernie would be good running at players in the middle, just behind Roy.

I'd play him where we were playing him
At the end of the season

Agree coming from deep running at players. Don’t want him back to goal

I'm pretty sure Ernie never had a say in the signing of Arroyo, that was down to the brains trust of griffo and macca. He never suited the A league and at the time we needed a no9. Get rid of the brains trust.

Ernie could've tried to play to his strengths

with the uncertainty around the new collective bargaining agreement for the next A-League season, or when the new campaign kicks off, a loan spell or permanent move may be the right option.
Makes you wonder how many players are in the same position.
Just had 4 months off, then the perspective of 4 or 5 more.
A professional league with no idea when (or if...) the're going to start playing again.

You’d hope there has been a lot of internal discussions about how the next season will look and when it will start.

They have a tv deal until July 2021. So I’m assuming they’ll have a June/July grand final.
12 teams, probably lends itself to a 22 game season in the current climate.
Wouldnt surprise me if we go with a January start.

With travel and quarantine periods presumed to be done with soon but not not a sure thing, I think you’d get a lot of disgruntled players if their Christmas was ruined with quarantine or lockdown.

I think the next 2.5 years will see another boom or bust.
