We are not playing well enough to trouble Sydney. If we lose the ball in Key areas like we did against Brisbane we will be punished for it.

Kanta and Uga for me have been disappointing in comparison to last season - if they can get their shit together who knows.

Sydney FC play in China during the week. 2nd place is wrapped up.

Key stars will be rested and the kids will be played. Chance for us to end the season on a high and build on the confidence gained last week.

Better not see Ridenton, Vargas, Jair or Daniel G anywhere near this squad. 3 of them havent performed in ages and one already confirmed to be leaving

Don't get me started LOL. The piss take toward the first third of the season was an insult to the supporters. Despite all the denials from the club you would get they would have budgeted for a certain number of points from a make shift set up and got nowhere near that expectation and chased there asses from that moment on. Inexcusable the planning for that first 8 weeks.

    No excuses

    We were not good enough
    We are not good enough

The 1st eight weeks are irrelevant

Can't win at home v Coast
    Can't win v Sheepshaggers in 3
    Can't win v Pissants in 3
    Can't win v Perth in 3

That 3 teams this season who finish above us we never beat 1 Time FFS

We've had to sit through season after season where committing seppuku would have been an easier option to watching us, and still we turned up when the players didn't, this season wasn't totally shit but they phucked up when they needed to stand up at vital moments, partly due to squad depth but mostly due to a lack of belief in themselves which was a self fulfilling prophesy as far as the shitness was concerned. Lawrie needs to convince Martin to spend adequate $$$, that might be a miracle in itself if he can pull it off, but we are salvageable as a contender, as a supporter I'm not happy to call for the club to be folded when a few decent players is the difference between us finishing seventh versus us finishing up near the pointy end of the table...
Life isn't the same without Con... but it can only improve without Tinks...
