Issue is that nnswf has criteria in place for certain qualifications to coach. Costs for getting these licences are into the thousands, and is quite time consuming to do it.
Theses factors see good coaches just start to take a back seat or filter down to lower grades where the stringent criterias arent hammered down

It also works well in reverse where any Tom dick or Harry can get a license who maybe have never kicked a ball in anger but will proceed to tell you how the game should be played over and over again as my listing skills proceed to fade away quickly

    Any early tips?
My big improvers are Adamstown and Valo.
Title contenders, Jaffas, Edgy and Maitland.
    Underachievers, Olympic & Azzuri
Lakes to take out the spoon.
Weston and Magic to battle with possibly Valo and Azzuri for finals spots.

Any tips for Reserves and 18s at this stage? I haven't heard much yet.

Seems like a reasonable summary. Resi's could go anywhere depending on injuries in first grade.
18s: Olympic will be very strong, Jaffas as well. I've seen Lakes and Charlestown 18s and they look off the pace.

Why do you think Adamstown will be big improvers? They have lost a lot of there first team players from last year and haven’t really replaced them.
They will fight it out with lakes for the spoon

I’ve seen Azzurri twice and the lack of pace at the back will be exposed through the year they will be in the bottom 4

Probably just hope to see them go well. Heard they beat Olympic the other day.

Not sure about Valo being big improves. They shipped 6 against Maitland on the weekend, see how they go in their trial against the Jaffas tonight

Probably were, but Jaffa’s underplaying themselves, Jaffa’s rested, Hemmel, Bradbury, Verity and Mat Thompson

Valentine have massive defensive issues, including keepers.
And let’s not talk about Sills

Danny Ireland and Adam Hughes not playing. Having those players missing makes it somewhat easier to score.

    Azzurri 3 Adamstown 3.
Many tipping Adamstown to get the spoon this year. That's a draw with Azzurri and last week they beat Olympic 4.2
