Judging by the pace of the ball in the women's game, I don't think the groundskeepers have been too busy with the lawnmowers in the last couple of months.

Bullshit. The jets can't pull that stuff off. What a cross, what a finish!

I don’t think he would have the legs to play this pressing style without the ball. The current midfield would run circles round him

What a shot. Nice flip too.

Thurgate did not need to make that foul. Dumb.

Getting a bit tired of this crap tbh.
Crowd at the stadium can't even be bothered booing anymore.
New owners, new coach, new players... same Jets. Whatever.

League lovin' grounds keepers probably have taken the opportunity in the footy off season to send the reel mower heads off to get their bedknives sharpened

subs tonight seemed to go backwards, seemed the more we made the more we tanked, could have done with Archie I think
Life isn't the same without Con... but it can only improve without Tinks...

I agree. After the goal momentum was lost and once O'Doherty went off the pressure started to mount.

    **** Off

Other than the last 3 minutes Adelaide were never in the game.

The first half we were all over them without the end product

I am more than happy watching us play this way. I don't think I have enjoyed the way we play this much since the days of Nick Carle Milton and Griffo etc

To me we look like we are 12 months away from finding a consistency. Just hope we keep our Manager and then next off season strengthen a couple of positions

Yeah it was frustrating walking out last night losing but that's Football. We play like that and we will win more than we will lose under Pappas

I agree. Boumal and mikeltadze are a joy to watch.

We lacked touch and fitness which is not surprising.

Too many touches at times from penha, and a few players seemed to forget that the defenders weren't cones anymore.

But there were strong positives. The defence was the best I've seen this year. Our attack was sharper than we've seen in years. Misfiled was great until the subs started.
