Just saw the squad list. Can't believe that Wessi, who we know was fit enough to play a few weeks ago, still can't get a game?

McKinna can go eat an unlimited supply of doodles and then get out of our club.

So you'd rather another CEO who tells the fans nothing? Also a CEO has no control over the fitness of a player. That's all the coaching and medical staff

I found it more interesting that he wasn't listed at all.. Not even in the In's, Out's, Injured, etc..

I don't know if its about the CEO telling the fans nothing.. I think its more to do with a heap of info coming out about him weeks ago, and subsequently nothing since..
Or have I got this all wrong?

Your correct but it's not on Lawrie also if he isn't injured and wasn't in the squad the week before he wouldn't be a part of the squad announcement as they never list the non chosen fit players

One way to tell - go to training and see what he's doing. It's not like it's locked down.

Is he with the main group? Is he by himself? Is he back in rehab?

    Otherwise we're just speculating.

Lawrie was the one who used his "return" to trick people to come to the game a few weeks ago, knowing full well that he was 0% chance of actually playing.

He's a snake oil salesmen and should be run out of time just like they did in the old days. The day he leaves I'll celebrate more than winning any title.

Just to be clear. I'm not worried about him not being in the squad for actual football reasons, he's not fit. We need to give him as long as he needs to get fit and get strength back in his leg. I'm just pissed at McKinna for playing tricks as usual.

What crap. Three weeks ago he was one of these three things

    In the squad to play
In the squad to be on bench with potential for game time
In the squad for the sake of a mental lift to the rest of the squad

No word has been provided since then that he has suffered anything to suggest he has gone BACKWARDS from that and any of those three listed above, Happy to be corrected but i cannot recall any info from club to suggest he has suffered a setback from his condition leading up to the W.U match.

Rubbish was suggested on here of his omission on the day of the W.U match because the intense heat predicted on gameday and fair enough but what about since then ?.

Frodo and Bon make valid points in regards to Wes, From the info provided to the supporters leading up to the W.U match to where we are now the club has made a dogs breakfast of this. One moment he is on the verge of selection with only hot weather offered up for his absence ( has been mild since ) to not even a mention like Bon say in the Ins , Out or otherwise.

So would i rather a CEO who tells fans nothing , Of course not. I will however take a CEO who ensure information from the club is not BS or misleading. A CEO or one who runs a tight ship can be responsible for that.

My gut feeling is we will not see Wes at all.

I was of this view a few weeks ago, but seeing him up and moving so quickly has me thinking we might get a few 20-30 min performances before the end of the season. But agreed, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a set back and we didn't see him play at all. Would suck hard if that ended up being the case.

Speaking to someone that is in the know he feels like he owes us even though injuries happen he’s the kind of bloke that apparently feels bad. Which if it is the case keep him I say

And with all that input at the attacking end of the park not the way Vargas would do his best work in the back third eh.
