Pass to the nearest player - stop the ball - look up - pass to the nearest player - repeat.
It's very solid, but it takes too long. The few times when the transition to an open player on the opposite side happened quickly, we almost created chances.
Compare to what Sydney does: lots of first touches, they don't give the opposition too much time to move and re-organize.
