    My mate Adam Hughes and his Valentine side are one to watch in season 2022. I am not claiming they will win the title but with some of the recruits it will be interesting to see how they perform. Go Valo!

    They have some quality names there Captain Carl but it looks a bit like an over 35 side. Hughes 40 Matt Thompson 40 Joel Woods 39 Dean Heffernan 38 Ryan Clarke 35 Carl Thornton 35.
    Definitely some quality recruits and throw in Cowburn as well. They will be very competitive.
    It's beginning to look like a retirement home for ex Maitland players
