I think 3 stand out for contenders for wooden spoon. Can't see a 4th team as a clear one to finish in bottom 4.

Adamstown Valentine and Weston seem well off the pace.
Lakes have performed well but have a torrid first 3 games in Magic Maitland and Edgeworth.
These will be the bottom 4.
Azzurri Olympic and Maitland will fight out 4th and 5th spots. But none of these 3 have the depth or quality of the top 3.
    Magic Edgeworth and Jaffas

I agree the bottom 3 seem most likely. I wouldn't right off Lakes regardless of whether they played top 3 first or last. But on form, Maitland in top 3 ahead of Jaffas.

Exactly why the bottom is not that important and not that interesting.

Why the hype about Jaffas? They beat a medicore Weston squad, who on that day would struggle to beat teams in the second division.

Jaffas had there pants pulled down by the magician and tactical genius of Bridgey.

They will not make the top 5 and coach will be out the door at seasons end

Not sure what game you watched, one of the worse games I’ve seen locally for a while, mr bridges tactical brilliance was nowhere to be seen against Maitland

Scoreline 2-0 was never in doubt and rather comfortable matched up jaffas perfectly and the apparent master coach JP had no answers?

    Bridgey is GOD

There was no hype. You just made shyte up. Can say that Jaffas look old and bothered. They have too many who prance around thinking they deserve all the respect instead of putting in the hard yards for 90 minutes. Wonder if they can prove me wrong over the FULL season. Bridgey isnt much chop either. Magic have this comp won already. Hamo and Maitland will will be there abouts. Edgy will be close inspite of the holy Bridgey.

I think top two will be closer than you suggest .

For me it will be either the Edgeworth Eagles or the Broadmeadow Magic for title but much closer than you expect.

Charlestown Azzurri will give an indication of their intentions this weekend with a home game versus the Broadmeadow Magic and I would not rule the Italian's out of a Semi-Final spot for successive years .

Just home from Azzurri vs magic

Two reds in the first half

If magic are the benchmark and clear standout that’ll do!

Bridgey will win the competition in a canter

The best thing about Maitland vs Olympic was the chicken burgers.
Olympic are ordinary, So I’m not to sure if I want to watch Adamstown.

Not sure what game was worse to watch this weekend, Maitland vs Olympic or that jaffas vs valo game.
